Qualified Instructors

Jon and Suzanne Carpenter have been licensed Driver’s Education Instructors for 20+

years. Jon is also licensed by DPS Third Party Skills Test Program as an examiner for

the skills road test since 2019.They both have taught Teens and Adult Driver’s

Education in the car and in the classroom starting at Texoma Driving School in

Sherman, TX. They opened their own school in 2019 providing 3 rd Party Skills Tests and

started Driver’s Education instruction January 2020. Both hold master’s degrees in

education and are retired from full time teaching careers in public school, charter school, and college level Adult Education. “We love teaching in

Driver’s Education, and we want our students to learn safety skills and to make

progress with confidence in their driving tasks! We also strive to get our students and

clients to the door of DPS successfully and be able to have a stress-free experience

when obtaining their permits and driver’s licenses.”
